We have exciting news!
Alberta Bair Theater is launching a new, user-friendly ticketing platform. This change will allow for a safer, more secure purchasing pathway.
To prepare for this upgrade, the ABT Box Office and online ticket purchasing will close from 8 PM on Saturday, September 12, until 10 AM on Monday, September 14.
ABT is also updating fee structures to match current industry standards:
Box Office Counter (Cash, Check, or Gift Vouchers): A $3.00 Facility Fee will be charged per ticket plus other possible event fees (when applicable).
No additional processing, convenience, or transaction fees apply.
Credit Card Purchases: A credit card processing fee + a $0.73 convenience fee will be charged per ticket.
Phone & Website Orders: An additional 3.5% transaction fee per ticket will apply. (This replaces the current $3.00 phone and $6.00 web fees.)
Mail Delivery: A flat $1.00 delivery fee will apply per order (not per ticket) if you choose to have tickets mailed. This does not apply to Will Call or E-Tickets.
While it may look like a lot of change, this is a similar structure to what it has always been. We are updating to maintain consistency within the industry.
