Bringing the excitement of the Performing Arts to Big Sky Country

Alberta Bair Theater strives to create a safe, welcoming environment at the theater for its audiences, artists, volunteers, staff, and vendors. We encourage patrons to review theater policies prior to purchasing tickets or attending an event. If you have a specific concern or question not addressed on this page or in this website, please contact us.

ABT Box Office Hours

Monday through Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm & Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm (Saturday hours are only Labor Day through Memorial Day; the box office is closed Saturdays during the summer months) and two hours prior to show.

The Box Office remains open 30 minutes after curtain time on performance nights.

Doors to the lobby usually open one hour prior to curtain.

Doors to the auditorium usually open no later than 30 minutes before curtain time for reserved seating performances. Please see face of ticket for curtain/performance start time.

Seat numbers are on the center of the seat.

Stairway and door numbers are marked in the Lobby.

Auditorium doors are closed when the program begins.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management.

Alberta Bair Theater works with the artists to determine when late seating is appropriate and will be the least disruptive to the artists and other patrons. Every effort will be made to seat latecomers in a timely manner, however, the nature of some events does not allow for seating after the performance has begun. Latecomers will be asked to wait to be seated until a predetermined time in the program.

Plan to arrive at the theater at least 15-30 minutes PRIOR to curtain time!

There are no refunds on tickets unless a performance is canceled and unable to be rescheduled.

Tickets sold by ABT to events at ABT include a $3.00 Facility Fee surcharge.

Per ticket handling charges will apply to phone and online purchases.

Other service fees may apply.

None of the ticketing fees are refundable if a show is canceled.

Tickets will be mailed up to one week in advance of the performance date. After that time, tickets will be held at the “Will Call” window in the ABT box office and can be picked up (with proper ID) any time prior to the performance.

No babies in arms. All attendees MUST have a ticket.

Due to the safety of performers on stage, there is absolutely NO flash photography allowed. For the enjoyment of those sitting around you, please limit cell phone camera use and use of social media and anything else that lights up a screen.

Due to copyright laws, please no video or pictures of the performance unless the artist invites the audience to do so.

We encourage you to check in on social media apps prior to curtain, at intermission, or after the show.

Please refer to ABT’s Playbill and its insert for specific policies related to individual performances and for further information regarding theater policies.
