Is the Sound too Loud?

Depending on where you are sitting during a performance, you may feel that the volume is a bit loud. Please remember that we have complementary soft foam earplugs available which will reduce the sound for you; just request them from the ushers.

Hearing Impaired

To assist people with hearing impairments, complimentary infrared listening devices are available at the Coat Check Counter. Please exchange your driver's license or ID for one of these devices.

Wheelchair Seating

There are nine wheelchair spaces available on the main floor. These spaces, plus an adjoining seat, are withheld from general sale until the day of the performance or until the event is otherwise sold out. Should you require a wheelchair or companion seat, please contact the Box Office in advance.

Children

If you have a question on whether a performance is appropriate for children, please call 256-6052. Children must have their own tickets. For viewing courtesy, children are not allowed to sit on laps.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you lose your tickets don't despair. Please call or come by the ticket office prior to the performance and we will try to help you remedy the situation. That's why we take your name, address and other pertinent information. Without it, it's difficult to replace your tickets.
